This month is a scrapbooking layout with a difference... using the beautiful laser cuts from 49 & Market, you will create a story on a Tim Holtz Etcetera Tag and add your own special photo. You will also be using the new Icing Pastes & liquid acrylic paint by Finnabair and Stamperia crackle paste to create your background.
