It is so good to be back with you teaching art
journal classes again! In order to keep everyone safe I will not be sharing
supplies and tools as I have in the past. Instead, I will give you details of
supplies used to create the project within the Class Requirements. Sharing of
supplies during class is also discouraged. As usual, you are welcome to
substitute images, colours etc from your stash as you like and if you don’t
have the exact listed supply, just bring along the closest you have. Of course,
Bella Paperie is fully stocked with all your needs so come a little early if
you need to shop before class.
We have also moved these classes to Saturday to enable easy use of the
classroom next door. Please remember this when booking in.
Dream Big combines colour and texture with pretty imagery and words to create a
gorgeous page that is infinitely touchable. This month I will share some of my
layering techniques that you will be sure to use many times on future pages as
well as a simple way of combining layers for collage style pages. This class is
perfect for all those pretty bits of papers you have been saving for ‘special’!
We will continue to work in the smaller journal size, the Art by Marlene
journals with removable pages are perfect. This class will also work in the A5
Dylusions journals or across a single page in a larger journal.
Don’t forget to let us know if you are a beginner when you book – you are
absolutely welcome, but it means I set aside time at the beginning to support
you in product choices & information.
