CHRISTMAS WALLET ALBUM with Marji

Using the latest release “St Nicholas” collection from Kaiser, create a unique wallet album that opens up layers of pockets and surprises. Learn how to get the perfect score lines EVERY time using the Martha Stewart score board, and decorate the fold out pages with tags, pockets and more. Embossing folders are used to give texture to the album, and ‘on the edge’ Tim Holtz dies are used to compliment pages as well. This is a fantastic wallet to learn how to make and adapt to make a unique photo album gift.

This is Julie's take on a sketch challenge we had at our recent retreat ....Julie used papers from the new "Irresistible" range from Authentique. The papers are ivory and black so julie choose to add purple ( her favourite colour) to give the papers a lift. She inked a chipboard frame to match her card .......added flowers and pearls.

BOX OF GIFT CARDS with Carolyn.

In this class you will make a set of Christmas Gift Cards and a small box to hold them. These lovely little cards will make any gift look special, this Christmas. The boxed set would make a perfect and useful gift for teachers, work colleagues and friends or just to keep for yourself. Show you care with a handmade gift! I will demonstrate how to make inserts for the cards at home and I will also supply you with a template for matching envelopes. Leave your email address with Debra when you register so the requirements list can be emailed prior to the class.

Managed to make a couple of cards and alter a jar on our recent retreat.

I used Maja Autumn Basics papers for all 3 projects along with the Sepia images "Christmas time" from pion. Stamped greeting from stamp it......border punch from Martha Stewart...spellbinder die and Holly embossing folder by Couture Creations......a little touch of Gesso to bring out the holly embossing. Add a little muslin tie and one of our new pearl and bling embellishments.

This card was created using a sketch provided by Amanda. I simple distressed the edges and added a touch of Gesso ....curled the banner tips and added a few mini rainbow bling. 

An old coffee jar given a new purpose....... I am going to use it to hold a candle for my Christmas table.

Beading trim from Bella.....hand made flower using muslin and old pattern paper(thanks Jini) and a resin flower for the center.....a little frayed muslin behind the image.
