CHRISTMAS CARD
CREATIONS 101 CLASS with LEANNE $10 INCLUDES MATERIALS

Wednesday August 6th 10am - 11am

In
this one hour class you will create 2 Christmas cards. Each card has
traditional Christmas colours of green, red and gold. Cards are embellished
with ribbon, braid, metal charm, pinecone cluster, gesso and glitter. The cost
for all this is ONLY $10.00 which includes tuition and materials. Please bring
basic tool kit; white ink pad; paper embossing tools and mat or mouse pad.

I have 2 great layouts and a card to share.

The first layout is from Tracey.........Tracey chose the brown natural papers to go with her sepia photo.....notice the stars up in the corner, That's one of the new stencil designs from Kaisercraft.

Tracey added some handmade rosettes using the Tim Holtz die.

Want to draw attention to your photo?...copy this idea and use a coil of string to focus on a particular portion.

Michelle created this layout all about her husbands fishing trip

Wow!! look at the size of that fish! Another way to draw your eye to detail is to use a chipboard frame...this scalloped circle design is from Memory Maze.

Michelle also added a little fold out to hold extra photos.

This great male card is also by Michelle.

When I first saw this range i wasn't "sold"...but after seeing what these talented girls created I have definitely changed my mind!!

Scrapbooking is all about preserving memories ,.....I haven't scrapbooked much lately ....I have lots to catch up on!

I don’t know about you, but I have a large amount of photos from
various holidays and weekend getaways to scrap. In this 2 hour class, you will scrapbook 3-4 pages to showcase your
holiday snaps. These pages are not
specifically for holidays either. If you
are one of those quick scrappers and are up to date with you holiday photo’s,
you are most welcome to join us and adapt these pages for other photo themes. Take
Away available.

I conduct workshops
with Miss Rose Sister Violet Products and Debs beautiful laces and trims. 
The workshop creations are many and varied including up-cycled bags and
baskets; fabulous hair accessories or tassels; embellishing cushions and
creating gorgeous lamp-shades ...... to name but a few!

Challenge Me!.....
Bring along an old box or perhaps a suitcase or what about a dress-maker's
mannequin, or a frame, mirror, etc ....... anything that needs a new life....
and we will transform it into an 'object of art'. A great project for beginners
is to be inspired by our flowers, beads and trims and learn how to make simple
inexpensive gifts for your home and friends. Cost is $45 for the day plus
materials (includes lunch)

children’s photos. Using the ”Be
Different” range by Fancy Pants, Julie will show you how to get the most out of
your papers & then embellish with the tags, embellishment pack &
sticker sheet.

VINTAGE HEIRLOOM STYLE CARDS

In
this class we will create a variety of 7 gorgeous cards using the stunning
paper collection from Kaisercraft called Heirloom. These papers are in soft
hues of green, brown, blue and cream. We will embellish each card with hand
dyed laces, ribbons, flowers and more, giving each card its own unique style
and charm.

Come along
and create two fun pages using the Fancy Pants Nautical range. We will create a
background that looks like the foaming sea using texture paste and glimmer mist
and see how lace and muslin can be used on something other than a heritage
layout.

in the second half of the year already which means time to begin preparing our
stash of Christmas cards. Come along and
make 4 simple, but stylish cards as a start to your stash. They are simple enough that you can duplicate
them at home using different papers, trims and stamps but stylish enough to
delight your family and friends. $20
will pay for both your materials and the class tuition. Don’t be caught short this Christmas and have
