Come & create 5 great
boy layouts with Julie. Use the lovely Doodlebug boy range with colours of
blue, green, orange, grey & white. Julie will show you how to use mists to
add texture to your layouts & get the most out of your papers.

Time to create some cards & a bookmark using the delightful Our Furry Friends patterned paper from Pion. We will make 3 unique cards & a lovely bookmark which you may decide to keep or give as a gift.

Want to get lots of photos on a layout?  Want an interesting layout that has interactive elements that can be lifted, pulled or opened to reveal hidden areas? In this month’s class, we will create a double layout with space for 23 photos.  It has plenty of “openable” areas to showcase all your favourite photos.  This month I have used papers from the Stamperia Clockwise range. Take away kits with full emailed instructions are available.

For this project I have an 8"x7 mini album using Mintay (birdsong) papers . This album stands like an open book. On the right side are concertina pages to hold 4x6 photos, on the left I have a simple pocket for extra photos. There a lots of little magnets to hold the pages together and the paper pack has a perfect sheet with tags and cards perfect for journaling or extra photos. Hope you can join me to make this project. Oh! And yes there will be burnishing!

This month join me in a bit of fun creating with stencils, art stones, metallic paint, gesso, distress oxide ink and wax. These are just some of the products you will use to create this mixed media hard cover which can hold an A5 notebook or notepad. So it can be used over and over again.

In this project we will make a traditional whitework card, showing an elegant lady with a parasol. We will focus on embossing skills using ball tools and shaders. The vellum design is attached to lilac card, then white card. Optional: grid work can be added to the border, if desired. Acknowledgement:  Original card designer is Judith Maslen (2014).

Hi all, please join me for my June class where I'll be making a shabby vintage layout using the 13Arts His & Hers papers. The colours in this layout are brown, black & white so will suit both masculine and feminine photos. This is a mixed media layout with lots of lace, pearls and of course flowers. Take-a-way kits with full step by step instructions will be available.

Join Robyn to create a gloriously coloured art journal page featuring a variety of techniques. This time we will be mostly using acrylic inks instead of paints and you will learn how to create the beautifully layered backgrounds that come easily with these inks. You will also learn some easy ways to use rubber stamps in your journal and a quick and easy doodling technique. If you already art journal – bring along your usual kit, if not check the requirements list for a guide on what to bring. You will need an approx. A4 sized journal to begin with – please check in store for details. We would love to know where you are at with mixed media so let Deb know when you book in – absolute beginners are very welcome but the more experienced will find something to challenge them in each class.

Drawing and painting faces doesn’t need to be difficult, why not join me in this class and I’ll share how easy it can be with a few simple techniques? Absolute beginners are totally welcome and you won’t be alone in class not knowing what to do;) Robyn breaks the process down into chunks that are easy to put into practice. We will be creating a simply drawn face on a lightly textured background. Before starting we will set an intention and infuse that into our page throughout the day.
