Christmas is getting closer so for this class we will create a set of 5 unique vintage style cards. Traditional colours, lots of glimmer paste, cotton laces and trims just to name a few embellishments are used to decorate each card.   Please join me on Friday 2^nd November at 9.30-12.30 o’clock.

Want to get lots of photos on a layout?  Want an interesting layout that has interactive elements that can be lifted, pulled or opened to reveal hidden areas? In this month’s class, we will create a double layout with space for 27 photos.  It has plenty of “openable” areas to showcase all your favourite photos.  This month I have used papers from the Wanderlust range from Mintay Papers. Take away kits with full emailed instructions are available.

" Carefree", it is a mixed media artwork that can be worked  into your art journal or on a canvas. You choose! We will be using water colour felt pens and Gesso for the background,  stamped images, layers of various stencils, texture , paper with some acrylic painted blossoms, glossy accents and alcohol inks. In class only limited alcohol ink colours are supplied, if you have favourites bring your own colours to play with. You will need your own waterproof black ink pad for this project. This artwork has a theme of "letting go of your cares" , so be prepared to unwind as you learn to just spend time creating without the expectation of perfection!

Give yourself the gift of some painty, creative, colourful me-time and join Robyn in creating this pretty, whimsical art journal page. Robyn will teach you some easy ways to add colour to stamped images in your journal as well as some useful tricks for stamping direct onto your pages.

A Christmas wreath is a symbol of everlasting life, faith, hope and love....This month you have a choice of 2 classes in which you will create projects using Stamperias different sized wreaths. If you book into both these classes, a delicious lunch will be provided.

In this class you will use products from Stamperia such as the wooden angels & rice paper to make a gorgeous Christmas wreath.

In this class you will use products from Stamperia and Tim Holtz woodland trees together with lots of effects of ‘snow’ to give that winter feeling to our long hot summer. You will also use Christmas foliage and some crackling to make a Christmas wreath and a Candle Holder.

Join Anita making some fun and pretty Christmas cards using the newly released Stamperia Pink Christmas card pack.  You get the entire pack in your kit so there will be plenty of goodies left to continue with your Christmas cards after the class is finished.

In this class we will make 4 Christmas Gift Cards – 2 are swing tags, while the other two open up to write your message on the inside. We will use the techniques from previous classes such as embossing, colouring and stippling; and introduce using templates for borders. Acknowledgement:

Dyan’s journal pages are full of eclectic collaged images and wonderfuldoodling and she’s ready to teach you where to begin. You will start the day decorating large insert journal pages with basic inky backgrounds and learning how to apply imagery from a variety of sources. Where to start and how to make them yours. How to cut up books and magazines without feeling guilty and how to pull it all together. Once the collage is under way, you will move on to the basics of doodling. Firstly, by making a reference sheet of doodles that you can refer to again and again. Secondly, by adding doodled frames and altering your collage. Cutting and sticking has never been so much fun. Insert Pages are not just for adding to existing journals. You can create a host of books in a few simple steps with the addition of a few other materials. We will start by decorating the pages with a variety of methods including, inking, ghosting, stamping and masking. Next, you will learn how to construct the book, add covers and put it all together. The second part of the class will be stamping, colouring and adding various elements to make your book totally unique to you. Please bring your own journaling pens.

I’m always on the go and I always need my art with me, wherever I am. But it can be a struggle lugging your journals everywhere, plus its always the one I haven’t got that I want! Sounds familiar?? Let me introduce you to the Dyalog, a portable system I have created, that could be the answer you’re looking for. In this workshop, we will be working in three of the logs (inserts), blank, black and backgrounds. We will be inking, stamping, stencilling, shimmering, doodling, sticking and colouring. Is that enough to whet your appetite??? Come join in the fun. 3 Dyalog insert books included. Please bring your favourite black and white journaling pens.

This month Robyn will be rerunning one of the most popular classes from last year and teach you how to create a sweet stack of tea cups and layer them into your journal. These cups are so much fun to create and use a bunch of different techniques that you can apply to other pages in your journal. You will learn Robyn's easy tricks for turning a simple tea cup image into a handy template for your journal.
