Want to get lots of photos on a layout?  Want an interesting layout that has interactive elements that can be lifted, pulled or opened to reveal hidden areas? In this month’s class, we will create a double layout with space for 29 photos.  It has plenty of “openable” areas to showcase all your favourite photos.  This month I have used papers from the Suntastic range from Mintay. Take away kits with full emailed instructions are available.

Hi everyone I am back and starting classes again. I am fulfilling the class cancelled in March using Distress Oxide Sprays on water colour card stock and using a great selection of Paper Artsy Stamps to create 6 cards for all occasions. With all the Covid precautions in place I will be prepping certain elements of this class to reduce the sharing of certain mediums during class Please read the requirements list thoroughly and bring everything required Due to this being a mixed media card class there will be no takeaway kits for this class. I would love you to join me in class for some crafting fun creating these cards.

This month you will be creating a beautiful exploding box album. Not your typical 4 x 4 box, this one is a generous size, with room for plenty of photos. These papers “Lady” collection from Mintay are stunning! Lots of beautiful feminine images, floral patterns with greens and pinks tones.

If you love the look of damask and texture this is the project for you. Choose a canvas or use a mdf board 45cm x 60cm as used in the sample project. The background has been painted in duck egg blue, you can prepare beforehand or in class. In class we will be using moulds, stamping in texture, stencilling and antiquing techniques.

These beautiful papers from ‘Lemoncraft’ are titled Serenity the soft colours and images depict a calming and peaceful time. This set of cards are sure to delight the heart of a recipient and are suitable for many ocassions. Flittering butterflies, floating airballoons, a lacey brolly and a girl caressing her horse set amidst the blues, pink and white highlight this peace & tranquility. I am sure you will enjoy creating them as much as I did ..

This heart card includes graduated colouring with pencils and two different grid patterns. An alternative to this version of the card would be to remove the centre heart to reveal a greeting or a photo of your choice, making it quite a versatile pattern to use. Acknowledgement: The outline is based on a quilting pattern design and I have added grid patterns I have used on various cards.

In this class you will create a round junk journal using Modern Times papers from Ciao Bella. This class will be run online via a private group on Facebook. There are several step-by-step videos to watch as many times as you like so you can complete your journal.  Access will be available to the group for at least 6 months from date of purchase, so you have plenty of time to complete your project. I will be available to answer your questions via the Facebook group.
Note: This class contains optional add ons.  I have completed my journal with hardware to enhance the look of a film reel. I used Tim Holtz Washer Heads to do this. If you wish to use these, please enquire separately at Bella Paperie.  I also made a round box to hold the journal that mimics the look of a film cannister. Instructions on how to complete this are included in the class, along with a list of required items.
